I noticed in this recent news article (link below) that tourists visiting Westminster Cathedral are now allowed to walk on the famous cathedral mosaic precisely where the Queen's coronation occurred! All the visitor must agree to do is remove their shoes, which, of course, should be fully expected to preserve this wonderful piece of history. This added accessibility to the coronation space is wonderful! Has anyone visited this spot? Does anyone plan to watch the coronation procession in person in London? A link to the article is below.
